About Us:
Integrity Home Health Care was established in 2003 by a Registered Nurse. It was originally known as Integrity Individual Care. In 2007, Tammy Tarsa, RN, BSN, was hired by Integrity to provide nursing care to their home health clients. Tammy had begun her nursing career in 2000 and had worked in the maternity ward at Munson Hospital and as a guide at the Montessori Children’s House in Traverse City prior to joining Integrity. When Integrity’s owner decided to sell the business she approached Tammy, and in 2008 Tammy purchased the company. She changed the business name to Integrity Home Health Care to better distinguish the company’s mission in our community.
Integrity is involved in our community as a sponsor and supporter of schools, sport teams, Senior Citizen events, the National Cherry Festival, and multiple other community organizations. In May, 2011, Integrity received the Traverse City Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award.
